Return Policy

Return Material Authorization (RMA)
• A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued by H2o Block prior to returning any product purchased by dealer or website.
• Claim must be submitted by email (info@h2oblock.com) explaining what happened, along with providing serial number, and invoice with date purchased.
• Any product(s) sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can or will be sent back to the shipped from address.
• All RMA’s shall be received within 30 days of receiving a RMA number.
• All products shipped back must be properly packaged and insured for value of purchased. H2O Block will not be held responsible for lost, or damaged by shipping.

Products Returned for Repair or Replacement.
• TVs that are being returned shall be in proper box with protective foam or other material to prevent damage from screen or shipping.
• Copy of invoice from authorized dealer or from website must be within package.
• Separate instructions shall be provided explain what is wrong with the unit.
• Shall unit only require parts and labor, an invoice will be submitted an paid prior to repairs.
• Any product altered or tampered with, or installed incorrectly, overpowered , or damaged from abuse will void warranty. Customer may still have product repaired with no warranty after repaired should customer allows repair.

Warranty Period
Warranty period will be only allowed the 12-24 month which ever labeled by the date purchased and given an extra 5 day window over dated of purchased to make up the shipping dates. Please see H2O Block full warranty in the manual that is provided with the product.
